Online Focus Groups

Take everything you've ever heard about focus groups and set it aside. Our online focus group option changes the game by eliminating headaches, keeping costs in check, and expanding your reach across a global community.
We're taking conventional face-to-face focus groups online, breaking down geographical barriers in the process, and giving you the opportunity to collect more data at a faster rate. Here's how our online focus group discussions work:

1) We provide you with a password-protected, customizable, and user-friendly environment to facilitate the discussion. It's a chat room, but it's built exclusively for you.

2) A typical focus group includes eight to 12 participants and lasts 60 minutes. However, because there's no physical room to worry about, there's literally no limit to the number of participants or the length of the discussion.

3) A MaCorr moderator is on board from the get-go, so you'll have someone who understands your research objectives on your side at all times. They'll do everything from develop your questionnaires to lead the discussion.

4) As a client, you don't have to hide behind a two-way mirror. You're free to submit questions to the moderator or directly to participants. Best of all, you can monitor the focus group from anywhere with an internet connection, and you can hold multiple focus groups simultaneously.

5) Finally, a transcript of each online focus group is available immediately after the focus group discussion has wrapped up.
