Why should I join MaCorr’s Web Panel?

MaCorr’s Web Panel members join our free online research panel for several reasons. The most popular reasons for joining include the opportunity to earn cash prizes just for expressing your opinion. In addition to earning fabulous prizes and sweepstakes entries, our members are also helping companies develop better consumer products and service requirements.

How do I join MaCorr’s Web Panel?

Joining MaCorr’s Web Panel is very easy! All you have to do is answer a few profile questions, which allows us to deliver periodic surveys to you. This is designed to help us give you the surveys, which will be of most interest to you. We do not advertise on our site nor do we release your name or other contact information to third parties for direct marketing purposes. Will I start getting unwanted SPAM and pop-ups if I join MaCorr’s Web Panel?

No. MaCorr’s Web Panel will not sell your personal information to other companies and will not give any other companies permission to market to you. The only e-mail and pop-ups you will receive once joining MaCorr’s Web Panel will be survey invitations and occasional member services notices.

How do I know if I won?

The winners will be notified via e-mail within 2 weeks after the completion of the survey. For a list of winners, please visit our Winners Page.

How many surveys should I expect to receive?

This may change from month to month. Some surveys are targeted to specific groups so you may not qualify to answer every survey. Some months you may not receive any surveys and some months you may receive several.

Why am I not receiving any surveys?

Because surveys are not delivered on a regularly scheduled basis, you may not receive a survey right away after signing up. Rest assured that you will receive surveys for which you qualify, so be patient. If you use an Internet browser other than Internet Explorer (such as Netscape or Opera), you may experience some difficulties completing our surveys.

How do I know if you received my survey?

If you get a page that says “Survey has been submitted”, we have received your survey. You may only complete a survey once, so please do not try to retake the survey once you have received this page.

What happens with my personal information?

The personal information that you give when you register as well as any personal information that you give during the completion of a survey is stored in a confidential database owned by MaCorr and this information is never delivered to a client. What happens to my survey responses?

Your survey responses, along with the responses of every other MaCorr’s Web Panel member who has answered that survey, are compiled and delivered to our clients on an aggregated and anonymous basis. Your opinions will then help to shape the future of the products and services that our clients offer by letting them know your opinions as a representative of other fellow consumers.

Are non-Canada or US residents eligible for surveys and cash prizes?

At this time, only Canadian and US residents are eligible to receive cash prizes and sweepstakes entries. We do plan on expanding our International research panel in the future.

How do I know if I’m registered for MaCorr’s Web Panel?

Once you complete the Registration Form and receive the page that says “Registration form has been completed” it means that you are now registered for MaCorr’s Web Panel.

How do I cancel my MaCorr’s Web Panel membership?

To cancel your MaCorr’s Web Panel membership, just visit our web site and click “Unsubscribe” in “Join Our Web Panel” section.

What are the system requirements for joining MaCorr’s Web Panel?

In general we support IE and AOL as well as most Windows operating systems. You may experience some difficulties completing our surveys if you are using some browsers such as Netscape and Opera.
